Knowledge Consistency

Review the Forge agentic system for consistency, correctness, and completeness. Research covers Forge Knowledge files, Bot system prompts, all Forge Skills, deprecated items, outdated content, inconsistencies, omissions (documented but not implemented), and contradictions with the Forge Charter. Findings inform a Spec to fix identified defects.
