Knowledge Consistency AGENTS

Audit the Forge agentic system for consistency, correctness, and completeness. Identify deprecated items to remove, outdated items to update, inconsistencies, omissions (documented but not implemented features), and contradictions or omissions with regards to the Forge Charter. Present research and recommendations for approval, then produce a Spec to fix the defects.
