L1: Frontend code not in this repo

Context: Implementing SSE detection of switch_agent tool results in the Uvilo frontend Obstacle: The Uvilo frontend application code (likely in uvilo-mono repo) is not present in this workspace. The uvilo-os repo is the documentation/knowledge base, not the application code. Resolution: Implemented the PATCH endpoint in the orchestrator (Task 4c) and marked frontend SSE detection (Step 4b) as blocked. Frontend changes need to be implemented separately in the uvilo-mono repo. Destination: Forge Knowledge — infrastructure architecture doc
