Project Automation Plan 9
Scope: Write the permanent human-facing User Guide for the project automation workflow.
Task 1 — Write the guide at its permanent Forge location
Spec Section 6 requires a comprehensive guide extracted to
Forge/Project_Automation_Guide.md, covering overview, getting started, detailed phases, agent roles, human gates, document/report reference, and monitoring/steering.
Create Forge/Project_Automation_Guide.md with the exact section structure required by the Spec. Include the persisted report files alongside the core project documents so the guide explains what humans actually review during the workflow.
Task 2 — Add the sidebar entry for the guide
Spec Section 6 requires the guide to function as durable human documentation, not just a hidden file.
Use the appropriate page-management workflow to add or update the sidebar entry for Forge/Project_Automation_Guide.md.
Task 3 — Build, commit, push
Spec Section 6 requires the guide to be available as a published, reviewable artifact.
Run the build, stage the guide and sidebar changes, commit with message Project Automation: Plan 9 — user guide, and push to dev.
