Forge Skill Cleanup README
Clean up and rationalize the Forge skill and knowledge system: define boundaries, verify size/placement rules, extract uncaptured content from existing documents, and restore the broken Artifacts skill.
Overview
Over the course of building the Uvilo OS repo, skills and knowledge files accumulated without a clear definition of what belongs where. The Artifacts skill was broken during conversion from the original LibreChat prompt. Procedural content is buried inside large documents (AI Guide, Uvilo OS To Forge Spec) instead of living in atomic, discoverable units. This project fixes all of that.

- Define skill vs. knowledge — unambiguous, actionable boundary
- Verify placement & size limits — confirm or patch existing rules
- Extract & atomize uncaptured content — from AI Guide and Uvilo OS To Forge Spec
- Fix broken Artifacts skill — restore from original prompt (pending)
