Audit, fix, and extend the agentic Project automation workflow so that projects move smoothly through all phases — including two new audit phases (Spec Audit, Plan Audit) — with correct handoffs, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and a clear User Guide. Also integrate model selection and agent optimization via LangFuse observability.
