Summary: Executed the full Forge Skill Cleanup Spec — all sections §0–§6 complete. Built department structure for 7 hollow departments + Product + Uvilo, extracted 2 new skills (Page_Generator, Create_Page) and 3 new knowledge files (File_Naming, System_Prompt, Memory_Architecture) from AI_Guide.md and Uvilo_OS_To_Forge_Spec, restored Artifacts skill with trigger/general rules/references, renamed lowercase skill folders to Title_Case_With_Underscores, updated Knowledge index, trimmed AI_Guide.md to reference-only (371 words), added skill/knowledge boundary + department definition + skill structure rules to FORGE.md (trimmed to 1464 words), and verified build passes (228 pages). State changes: All tasks complete. Build verified.
