Project Automation Plan 6
Scope: Update the remaining workflow and admin skills so the repo has no stale lifecycle terminology and the closeout phases are clearly separated.
Task 1 — Update Project_Flow and Project_Complete
Spec Sections 1 and 3 require Project_Flow to be the canonical workflow definition and the workflow audit to catch missing or confusing procedural steps.
Edit Forge/Skills/Project_Flow/SKILL.md and Forge/Skills/Project_Complete/SKILL.md so they use only canonical phase names, include correct closeout behavior, fix the known numbering/prerequisite defects in Project_Complete, and describe completion versus archival clearly.
Task 2 — Update Project_Archive, Project_Delete, and Project_Rename
Spec Section 3 requires cross-references and lifecycle terminology to be accurate across all project skills.
Edit Forge/Skills/Project_Archive/SKILL.md, Forge/Skills/Project_Delete/SKILL.md, and Forge/Skills/Project_Rename/SKILL.md so they remove stale lifecycle references, preserve correct sidebar/build/git behavior, and clearly describe their responsibilities relative to Project_Complete.
Task 3 — Verify no remaining stale lifecycle names exist in project skills
Spec Section 1 retires
Implement,Evaluate,Fix,Spec_Audit, andPlan_Auditas canonical workflow names.
Search the project-skill set for retired lifecycle terms. Update any remaining project-skill references so the skills are internally consistent before agent prompts are updated.
Task 4 — Build, commit, push
Spec Section 3 requires the project-skill set to be audit-ready before final workflow audit.
Run the build, stage the remaining skill updates, commit with message Project Automation: Plan 6 — workflow and admin skill consistency, and push to dev.
