Uvilo OS To Forge AGENTS

Purpose

Track and execute the phased migration from the old Assistant/ + Uvilo_OS/ structure to the new Forge/ + Product/Projects/ split. This project standardizes naming, file types, sidebar conventions, and agent workflow across the entire repo.

Constraints

• Do not merge into main unless explicitly asked — dev is the working branch
• Phase 1 and 2 are complete; Phase 3 is the current active phase
• The Spec defines the canonical sidebar naming convention — always check it before editing astro.config.mjs
• FORGE.md is the source of truth for agent instructions — changes must be synced via /update-agents
